Molly vs. Bellatrix: Cat Edition

seriously, who doesn’t love bellatrix lestrange? she’s too crazy not to like even if she killed sirius black and tonks. also, who could forget the battle of hogwarts when mrs. weasley screams, “get away from my daughter you BITCH!” amazing. she’s voldemort’s most loyal servant, a devoted death eater, an azkaban alumni and bat-shit crazy to boot. not only is she a gem in the books, but helena bonham carter takes her role to a whole other level in the movies. give it up for bellatrix lestrange.

I have to say that I love Bellatrix Lestrange’s costume. She is a great blend of elegance and punk (but more punk lets be honest)

Mary McDonnell did not want us to take photographs at her panel because she didn’t want to distract from the intimate setting created by the organizers of this small-ish convention. So instead of my clumsy, blurred from no flash shots (cos that is what would have come out of trying to esoterically take photos of her) I give you the professional photo op picture with myself and my friend Rachel dressed as Starbuck and Roslin.

Some actually planned on asking her at the autograph booth exactly how she got her hair to look the way it does. The same person speculated that she just woke up looking like that, and we all started hating her a bit for fabulous hair that takes almost no effort.

I’m guessing big rollers! lol. But it really does look gorgeous…

Could be big rollers. She just has awesome hair. No one can dispute the fact that this woman has amazingly awesome hair.
